Tiffany Thompson MSHI, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP
Tiffany Thompson, MSN, MSHI, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who graduated from the University of Alabama and is dual certified in Addictions and Mental Health. Her goal is to improve the quality of healthcare delivery in the areas of behavioral health and substance use. Ms. Thompson earned her BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, during which she volunteered as a patient companion in hospitals and helped feed the homeless. Ms. Thompson was also a member of the Urban League as she made strives serving the underserved communities in the Orlando, FL area. She later earned a BSN in Nursing from ECPI University and an MS in Health Informatics from the University of Cincinnati, along with several project management certifications. Tiffany worked several years as a nurse on the floor with a background in Neuro-Medical, Psych-Mental Health(children and adult populations), Oncology, and Nursing Informatics. In 2022, Ms.Thompson received the prestigious honor of becoming a Minority Fellowship Program Fellow which provided professional development in the areas of mental health and substance use. Ms. Thompson is passionate about serving the veteran and homeless populations in the greater Jacksonville community and is excited about working with the team!
