How Specialty Care Works
Most specialty services begin with a primary care visit so we can understand your symptoms, review your medical history, and determine the best next steps.
When a referral is needed, we help with:
- Coordinating appointments and next steps
- Sharing relevant medical information with the specialist (with appropriate consent)
- Following up after the specialty visit to keep your care plan connected and clear
