Medication Services at Duval Family Health Center is focused on one thing: helping patients get the medications they need to stay healthy. Many of the people we serve are uninsured or underinsured, and navigating prescriptions can be confusing and overwhelming. Our team is here to help.

We work closely with providers, case managers, and community partners to reduce cost and access barriers. This often means coordinating free or low-cost medications through patient assistance programs, working with outside and local pharmacies, and helping patients deal with insurance gaps or prescription issues.

Beyond access, we spend time with patients reviewing their medications and answering questions. We want patients to understand what they’re taking, why they’re taking it, and how to use their medications safely and effectively.

Our goal is straightforward: no patient should go without essential medications, and every person should feel respected, supported, and cared for.
