Annamarie Sullivan, O.D.

Dr. Sullivan has more than 10 years of experience providing primary eye care to adult and pediatric patients. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry from Indiana University and went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry. Prior to joining Sulzbacher in 2017, she worked in the ophthalmology practice of a large multispeciality clinic in South Bend, Ind. and then at a local ophthalmology practice in Jacksonville. 

• Annamarie Sullivan, O.D. received both her undergraduate degree and her doctoral degree in Optometry from Indiana University.

• Dr. Sullivan provides primary eye care for adult and pediatric patients.

• Originally from Indianapolis, she has lived in Jacksonville since 2016.
