Jodi Webb is an experienced Case Manager specializing in Outpatient Substance Use Services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) and is currently pursuing her Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) credential. Jodi is also working toward a Peer Support Certificate and additional certifications to better serve individuals affected by substance use disorders. She partners closely with JFRD to ensure continuity of care remains a top priority.

Originally from Cincinnati, Jodi spent summers in Jacksonville before moving here permanently in 1990. Her passion for helping individuals with substance use challenges is deeply personal—when she was nine, her father was tragically killed by a drunk driver, and later, she spent 15 years married to someone struggling with alcoholism. These lived experiences fuel her commitment to supporting others on their recovery journey. Known for her compassion and dedication, Jodi strives to help every client grow and achieve their goals.

In her current role, Jodi manages an OSPG-funded outpatient program that provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, case management, and peer support services. Alongside her team, she works to meet clients where they are, offering peer support groups and addressing needs such as housing, transportation, and access to essential services. Known for her compassionate approach and strong organizational skills, Jodi collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to empower clients on their recovery journey. Her dedication to professional growth and client advocacy reflects her mission to make a meaningful impact in the field of substance use treatment.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, relaxing at the beach, and learning about plants – activities that keep her grounded and reflect her love for growth and nurturing. With compassion and collaboration at the core of her work, Jodi and her team strive to remove barriers, provide hope, and create a safe, supportive environment where recovery is possible for everyone.
