Shana Williams, CRPS

Shana Williams is the Program Manager for the Mental Health Offenders Program (MHOP) and has over 15 years of experience in case management and social services. She is a Certified Peer specialist in Mental Health and has been with Sulzbacher for 6 years, supporting justice involved individuals with complex behavioral health, housing and reentry needs.

Shana brings a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to her work, combining lived experience, program oversight, and grant compliance while collaborating with public safety, healthcare, and community partners to strengthen outcomes. She is committed to promoting dignity, stability, and equitable access to care for the individuals and families served.
